The project involved the construction of a 7-storey apartment building, featuring 2 basement levels, 123 residential units, and ground-floor retail spaces. Constructed in 2014, the building’s strong foundation mixed precast concrete panels with in-situ concrete columns. The upper floors employed steel frames on post-tensioned (PT) slabs. This smart design not only sped up construction but also reduced construction costs. The apartment complex is a contemporary urban hub, smoothly combining commercial and residential areas to suit various lifestyles.

CAROLINE SPRINGS
Built in 2013, this charming 5-story apartment complex boasts 36 cozy apartments, along with ground floor offices, and even a basement level. Its sturdy design includes concrete precast panels, columns, and PT slabs to ensure both resilience and efficiency. For a budget-friendly touch, the upper floor showcases a clever combination of timber and steel frames. Completed in 2011, this charming boutique apartment complex spans three floors and includes a basement. It houses 21 contemporary apartments, as well as convenient ground-floor offices and retail areas. Constructed with durable materials, the building boasts concrete Dincel walls, concrete insitu columns, and Bondek concrete slabs. This thoughtful design guarantees not only strength but also a polished look. Completed in 2019, this project encompassed a 3-storey boutique apartment building with a basement level, housing 12 apartments. Combining durability and cost-efficiency, the construction features concrete AFS walls, insitu columns, and PT concrete slabs. To optimise costs, a lightweight timber frame was employed on the top floor. The result is a harmonious blend of modern design, structural integrity, and economic sensibility.
