Completed in 2022, this project involved the construction of an indoor horse riding arena featuring innovative design elements. The facility includes a lower ground level for parking and storage, with a separate building housing stables and office spaces. The structure uses portal steel frames with long spanning trusses, steel-framed facades, blockwork retaining walls, concrete columns, and suspended Bondek slab for the arena’s flooring over the lower ground storage and garage space. The project combines functionality and architectural appeal, providing a modern and versatile space for equine activities, storage, and administrative functions.

Childcare Development at Murray Road,

PRESTON

Built in 2018, this childcare facility is a two-storey haven for kids , complete with a huge balcony playground. The whole structure stands strong on reliable steel columns, beams, and trusses, cradling the upper floor’s concrete embrace. What sets it apart is the tall free standing steel-framed facade, dressed up with a cozy timber railing. This innovative childcare space harmonises safety with a spacious outdoor play area, offering an ideal environment for children to learn and grow.

Factory and Retail Development at Universal Way,

CRANBOURNE

Completed in 2015, this innovative project consisted of a versatile 2000sq.m factory and retail complex. The construction featured cutting-edge design elements, including tall precast panels, suspended Bondek slab, steel portal frames, and a large industrial paving slab. The distinctive facade was crafted using welded cantilevering steel trusses. This space effortlessly blends industry and retail, providing a contemporary and effective place for businesses to thrive.

Commercial Refurbishment at Church Street,

RICHMOND

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia Shop Conversion project, completed in 2017, involved innovative solutions within a heritage building. The project involved the utilisation of steel frames to reinforce the upper floor for interior modifications and the removal of old brick walls. A new raft slab suspended on screw piles was implemented, minimising impact on the historic structure.
