Multi-Unit Development at Poath Road,

The project involved the construction of three double-storey townhouses accompanied by modifications and extensions to a pre-existing heritage house situated at the forefront of the site. The townhouses, built with block work walls, brick walls, steel frames, and light-weight timber framing, offered contemporary living spaces. The existing heritage house underwent thoughtful alterations and extension, respecting its historical significance while accommodating modern needs. Successfully completed in 2021, this project stands as a remarkable instance of blending old-world charm and modern functionality seamlessly.

Dual Occupancy at Studley Street,

DONCASTER

Completed in 2018, this project involved the construction of two impressive triple-storey townhouses. The innovative Speedfloor construction system was used, ensuring swifter and lighter suspended concrete floors. The design brought together various structural elements, including block work walls, steel frames, and light-weight timber frames. This mix of modern techniques resulted in roomy, stylish homes that show off solid structure, attractive looks, and smart design.

Townhouse Development at Munro Street,

KEW EAST

The project involved designing and constructing three double-storey townhouses on a sloped site. Finished in 2017, the development featured modern aesthetics with efficient space utilisation. The innovative construction incorporated sequential blockwork retaining walls for site cuts, complemented by steel frames and lightweight timber frames for structural stability. This combination ensured structural integrity while maximising interior flexibility. The result was a harmonious blend of architecture and engineering, creating functional, stylish residences that synchronised with the natural lay of the land.
